In addition, he has extensive knowledge in project development and portfolio management.
Has broad real estate expertise along the entire value chain (project development, property development, sales, asset management and services).
He is a member of the Management Board and sole shareholder of Stefan Frey AG, one of the leading real estate companies in North Rhine-Westphalia. In the past 20 years, his company has successfully developed, realized and sold more than 2,000 units over the past 20 years.
Florian Lanz has many years of experience in the field of publicly subsidized housing. He is the founder and managing partner of Laborgh Investment GmbH. This company is active in project development in the greater Berlin area with a focus on residential and commercial real estate.
Dr. Holger von Daniels is distinguished by his broad entrepreneurial expertise in the digital transformation of various industries. He is CEO and founder of valantic GmbH, one of the leading digital transformation partners with over 2,000 employees in Europe.
Martin Lafeldt brings many years of experience in investment banking, including at Morgan Stanley, as well as in international capital markets. He is a senior manager at Portland Hill Capital.
