Project description

AUVIDIS is developing 53 modern residential units to KfW-40 standard for publicly subsidized housing on a 4,835m² site.

The development will consist of three compact building types with an efficient surface-to-volume ratio expected to result in lower construction costs as well as favorable energy consumption.

The stormwater management oriented towards infiltration and retention is part of the concept of sustainable settlement development. In this way, the biotope areas of the current usable landscape are also preserved and integrated into the open space design.
